MLM Sponsoring: Why MLM Sponsoring is Simple Part Two

Yesterday, I shared with you how MLM Sponsoring really is simple with friends and family.

Did you read yesterday’s post? No? Then go to Why MLM Sponsoring is Simple.

MLM Sponsoring

Diane Hochman, Tracey Hausel, and Chris Kent

Welcome Back. Now that you are caught up, let’s learn why else it is simple.

How to Sponsor in Your MLM

Have you ever been attacked in the mall by someone pitching their opportunity?  I haven’t but I have been semi-stalked by kiosk employees. You know the ones who are in the middle of the mall at a little store?  The ones selling the aromatherapy stuff are very persistent.

Is that how you want to attempt to prospect someone? I mean, don’t get me wrong, people do it successfully, but they sure go through an awful lot of no’s before they get that yes. I mean think about it. What do you think I do when I’m approached by the aromatherapy kiosk people? I make sure I don’t look at them. If they talk to me, I ignore them and keep right on walking. My mentor, Diane Hochman, calls it “human physics”.

How Do You Sponsor?

Recently, I attended a training held by my primary company. David Angelo, Chris Kent, and Diane Hochman all said the same thing:

Make friends with people.

Yep that’s it.

Talk to complete strangers they way you would when you weren’t looking to pitch an opportunity.

You know, ask the hard questions like?

  • Hi, what’s your name?
  • What do you do?
  • Do you like it?
  • How long have you done it?

You know, normal questions you would ask anybody. Then, when it’s appropriate you can share the business.

So Why is MLM Sponsoring Simple? You already know how to do it and you’ve been doing it.

It’s the best way to speak to people you don’t know. Build relationship and when you have built rapport then you can show them what you are doing.

Hi Tracey

It’s so true what you said about just being yourself and talk to people. Why would sponsoring have to be any different.

Thanks for sharing great post.
